Our philosophy is moderation, yes we want to enjoy the period with friends and family, but we don’t have to put our goals on hold to do so!

Speak with your coach ahead of the weekend to schedule some tailored exercises that will keep you moving and get you through the weekend. Remain consistent and accountable. If the sun comes out to play, encourage the people you are spending the weekend with to get outside with you! That’ll keep us all away for the extra food and alcohol of bank holiday weekend!
