An introduction to semi-private coaching

Introduction:

We believe in community, which is why we offer semi-private coaching. This format allows up to three clients to train together under the guidance of one dedicated coach. This is NOT a class, each client works on their individual programming. The coach ensures they give the attention to detail needed for technical improvement - progress remains the priority. In this blog, we'll explore what semi-private training is, its benefits, and who can gain the most from this training model.

What is Semi-Private Training?

Semi-private training is a coaching model that blends the personalised attention of one-on-one training with the motivational atmosphere of a small group. Unlike classes, each participant in a semi-private session follows their own bespoke plan built for them. The clients programming is built to meet their individual goals, fitness levels, and needs, while gaining the encouragement that comes from working out with others.

The Benefits of Semi-Private Training

  1. Personalised Coaching: Each client still receives individual attention from the coach, ensuring that exercises are performed correctly and effectively. This attention helps in refining technique, pushing progress, and maximising the session benefit.

  2. Community: Training alongside others creates a supportive and encouraging environment. It’s a space where clients motivate each other and share the journey, making each session more enjoyable and engaging.

  3. Flexibility and Variety: With a coach overseeing your progress, workouts can be adjusted based on your performance and feedback. This flexibility ensures that your programming evolves as you do, preventing plateaus and helping you continue pushing your limits.

  4. Enhanced Motivation: Working out with others can significantly boost your motivation. Seeing others push through barriers and make progress can inspire you to challenge yourself further.

Who is Semi-Private Training For?

Semi-private training is ideal for people who:

  • Have a basic understanding of training and using gym equipment.

  • Want the community aspect of a group while still receiving bespoke programming and attention

  • Seek the high energy that comes through training with others

Conclusion:

If you're someone who likes the idea of working out with others but doesn't want to compromise on the quality and personalisation of your coaching, semi-private sessions with us could be the perfect fit.
